HIIT & MIX

Ember Yoga, Hampton Hill, TW12

A dynamic full body workout combining high intensity interval training with vinyasa flow yoga to tone up, increase strength and flexibility and improve fitness.

We flow for the first 15 minutes before moving into 30 minutes of cardio and resistance based HIIT and finishing with a deep stretch.

Suitable for all levels of experience and fitness.

TUESDAYS 9.30-10.30am

Ember Sculpt

Ember Yoga, Hampton Hill, TW12

A dedicated strengthening and conditioning class focussing on different areas of the body to deliver an intense and effective workout.

An interval based cardio warm-up moves into sequences using weights, resistance bands and blocks. The props are also used to create intensified versions of yoga postures that will build strength to compliment your wider practice.

Finish with flexibility work to lengthen and relax tired muscles. Bring a towel and prepare to sweat!
