Coaching deepens self-awareness,

empowers choice and

lays the foundation for change.

I provide 1:1 coaching via Zoom or in person when it’s viable. My 1:1 coaching packages last between 4 and 12 months.

If you’re completely new to coaching, this is what you can expect the process to look like:

1 x 45 minute sample session for us to learn more about each other and find out if we will be a fit.

Then, if we decide to work together:

1 x 90 minute discovery session, which tells me more detail about you, your goals and how you look at the world.

A minimum of 5 x 60 minute coaching sessions, usually at fortnightly intervals.

1 x 60 minute closing session to bring together the learnings, celebrate the journey and

look to the future.

Whatever your mission, my research and experience has revealed three key areas that we are likely to explore:

I. Purpose

  • Unearth your values - The qualities and behaviours that bring happiness and fulfilment when they are present in your life.

  • Think bigger about your life rather than one day/week to the next.

  • Name your passions, the things that light you up, and follow them.

II. Balance

  • Simplify life according to what’s most important versus everything you feel you could or should be doing.

  • Set boundaries to protect your time for the things that bring you energy and are aligned with your purpose.

  • Reduce the eternal guilt by living more decisively and according to the boundaries you’ve chosen to set, that enable you to be your best.

III. Impact

  • Let go of limiting beliefs that hold you back and keep you small.

  • Tame your inner critic.

  • Assert yourself, clear in the knowledge of who you are and what you offer.

  • Have more impact with less effort.

I spent my first chapter working in the corporate world, working my way up to the board of London’s largest advertising agency, AMV BBDO. I was living in central London and my husband and I were starting a family. Life was full and hectic and somewhere in the chaos and the drive to move forward I lost sense of who I was. This impacted my work and relationships in particular. After the birth of my second baby I realised she’d never taken the time to clarify my mission. Not sure where to start, I spent a lot of time on my yoga mat and worked with a coach. The impact was immense and this marked the beginning of my Second Chapter.

We moved to San Francisco for a year, I re-trained and started my business to coach others to uncover and achieve their missions.

About Me

Developing my mission has changed my life; that's why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. My approach is reliant on building a partnership based on honesty and trust, which enables the co-creation of an exciting journey together. I will be your champion and your challenger, holding you true to your mission or working with you to unearth it.

My clients describe me as energetic and warm in nature, creative in style and highly committed to the journey that we take together.

I believe in the power of change, regardless of circumstances or situation. It’s about taking a stand for yourself and your life - your purpose, where you focus and how you balance everything on offer.

If my story and approach resonate with you, go on, be brave and take the first step…

‘Our inner critics would have us believe that claiming what we need is selfish and indulgent.

In my experience it’s the opposite - Caring for ourselves is the foundation of caring for others.

Getting clear on what stokes our fire and going after it fuels our self-worth, ignites self-compassion and this ripples out to those around us.’

“My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humour and some style.”
